The NAFBF Needs You!

The NAFBF focuses on young athletes between the ages of 15 and 21, in high school or college. We provide coaching in baseball and mentorship in community. In short, our players play the game and we help them to navigate beyond the field. Our goals are to help young players adapt to an ever-changing world and mentor them through educational support systems to live a fruitful and successful life.

The NAFBF is a non-profit organization that will guide student-athletes through a simple character and leadership course, financial literacy course, 2-3 on-field evaluations, local, state, and regional tournaments. Finally, have the chance to play in our National Tournament in Las Vegas, Nevada. This program will help these players be able to put their name out there to over 900 colleges, college coaches and recruiters, plus more. Our partnerships with organizations such as:
- Franklin Covey
- Solaro Education
- Character Development & Leadership
- The Athletic Mindset
- PsychHub
- And more

Are designed to guide and mentor students athletes to achieve more through our Complete Athlete program to help them discover their hidden talents while developing their leadership skills and personal character.

The NAFBF is seeking affiliates to lead our players and operate our local tournaments, coaches and parents to assist with creating an exciting environment for players to thrive in. We also seek state directors and even regional directors who are willing to help an organization grow to new heights.
